Along with Casey Selfridge, I am having some trouble understanding the
applicative significance of nodes, psi, and quantum mechanics in
general. I know it's very important in determination of the state
of the electron, but the process by which this is determined seems beyond
my grasp of calculus. If sometime in the near future (i.e. before the
exam), someone, whether that be professor or fellow student, could
explain these phenomena, I would greatly appreciate it.
