Today in organic I learned that through the structure of cyclic alkanes,
cis-trans isomerism is possible. Even though the alkanes only have one
bond between the carbons the structure seperates the planes and keeps the
structure rigid. This was shown to us with the cyclic structure model and
how the two planes of the carbon compound were kept seperate. Well,
thanks for putting up with me. See you all in class!
