TOJC-making HCl solution

Greetings to all those who seek greater knowledge in organic chemistry,
Today, my assumption that hydrochloric acid was produced into
water solution was completely turned around. I learned that hyrochloric
acid solution is produced by passing gaseous HCl through a given sample
of water, which then produces aqueous hydronium ion and aqueous chloride ion.
