Kristin, I just got your message regarding the drifting spots. From my
obsersvation in lab, I think it MAY be because the development chamber
was moved around during the development. I think this may be because
mine went straight up (my chamber wasn't moved) and the person next to me
kept picking his up and the solvent swirled around quite a bit (his outer
edge spots drifted inward). He was still able to interpret his results,
he just had to be a bit creative! I hope this helps a little! Good luck!
