Monday's Exam

Here are some of my current thoughts regarding Monday's exam. I
anticipate that approximately 40-60 points will be devoted to multiple
choice questions. I may have scantron forms to use for recording your
answers to this section. I would also provide some scrap paper. If you
have a number 2 pencil that you could bring, that would be helpful. I'll
bring some extra pencils. The remainder of the exam will consist of
problems that are more typical of my style, and that draw on themes from
the assigned text problems and our classroom exercises. I'll post a copy
of a sample exam in the display case by the Open Lab on Thursday.

I will also provide a periodic table and Table 3.1 listing pKa values.

As a reminder regarding one of the class announcements today, I will hold
a problem session on Friday from 1-2:15 pm in Rieke 224.
