tojc: Problem 7.24e

Hi guys,
In problem 7.24e, is the answer in the solution manual correct.
I thought the name of the compound given would be
(3R,4Z)-3-chloro-4-hexen-1-yne instead of (1Z, 5R)-5-chloro-3-hep-6-yne.
I thought the triple bonds have priority over the double bonds in
numbering the carbon chains.
