Sandy,
The molecular formula for thionyl chloride is SOCl2 (given on page
438). Dr. Fryhle drew tetrahydrofuran (THF) in class, and it's molecular
formula is C4H8O (found on page 417). And lastly, dioxane is C4H8O2
(found on pages 417 and 697). For what they look like, see the pages.
