Greetings, subscribers to the ORGANIC discussion list.

First, I have been very pleased by the learning that I believe has
occurred through TOJC. The exchange of day-to-day questions you might not
otherwise have asked me has been stimulating, and you have done a very
good job helping each other learn chemistry. Many excellent questions
have been posed, and some incredibly thoughtful and elaborate answers
have resulted.

Second, if you would like to continue to participate in this list during
the next semester, you are welcome to do that so long as you manage your
disk space on pepper. If you want to unsubscribe, I will provide
instructions below. You may certainly continue to converse about organic
chemistry amongst yourselves. I will monitor the list, but will probably
not participate to any great extent. I will be setting up another list for
the freshman who will be starting organic chemistry this spring and will
focus my email energies there.

Hasta pasta,
