When determining Rf values in the recent lab, I found three main "levels"
where the dots appeared to correspond to other dots. Therefore, I found
the Rf value for each of the three levels and applied that Rf value
to any "drug column" that had a spot on that level. Is this too general?
Should I measure each dot individually? I am assuming that the Rf values
will differ so remotly that they will be lost in significant figures. Do
your results correspond with this assumption?
