No, No, No. The label is not incorrect; it refers to the propane.
The cyclohexane groups are substituents of the propane, and the numbers
correspond to the first and third carbon atoms of the propane. That is why
propane is the final part of the name, and it is also the reason that the
cylcohexanes end with -yl instead of -ane. You can also tell that the
cyclohexanes are the substituents because it labels them "di-."
