For the polarimeter part in the carvone lab, you will find two angles for
each of the enantiomers because you are finding the angle where the light
will come through and the other angle is just 180 degrees from the first
(if that made any sense). For the R-(-)-carvone use the negative angle and
for the S-(+)-carvone use the positive angle.
