[ECCRUS]

The ECCRUS Online Electronic Conference

Submitting Abstracts:

In order to register as a contributing author (i.e., submit your abstract), you will need to have read the instructions to authors page and have things ready. You should also have the following prepared:

(You might find it useful to have both a web browser and a word processor running concurrently with your paper information loaded in the word processor. This will allow you to copy and paste the information directly in the form page in step 2.)
Now you are ready to register as a contributing author for the conference. Since this conference is designed to be automated, you need to follow the registration directions closely. This will help ensure the smooth facilitation of the conference and help to accurately present your research. The process is broken down into three steps:
  1. Enter the number of authors and addresses for the paper (form below)
  2. Enter all of the abstract/registration information in the appropriate spots. Verify the information to be correct and submit the information.
  3. Print and/or save the information returned. It will be useful to save the information both as text and as source. This is useful because the form will generate an html template for your use in preparing your paper in html. Also, it will contain information for naming the files for your paper.

After registering your abstract, you can prepare your paper in html and ftp the files to our ftp server. The guide to paper preparation and paper submission pages contain more information to help in these areas.

Abstract Submission and Registration

Step 1:

  1. How many authors will be on the paper? (Minimum: 1 student and 1 mentor)
  2. How many unique addresses do the authors represent? (Minimum: 1 address)
