Users with active technical support service from Acorn NMR (90 warranty period or by subscription thereafter) can request software upgrades as desired, up to once per quarter. The preferred method of sending upgrades is via ftp. Alternatively, they can be mailed free in the US and Canada. Shipment to other countries is available for an additional shipping fee.
Acorn NMRs technical support service is avilable to NUTS users free during the 90 days warranty period after initial purchase and by a US$100.00 per year subscription thereafter.Technical support is available by phone from Acorn NMR during normal business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday except holidays). The preferred method of technical support is by E-mail.
