Chemistry Internet Resource for Research by Undergraduate Students
CIRRUS is a World-Wide Web (WWW) site with a variety of information and links pertinent to undergraduate research in chemistry. The site is maintained and located at Pacific Lutheran University. Some of information hosted by CIRRUS includes: ACS Student Affiliate Undergraduate Research Symposia, abstracts for research presentations by undergraduates, a listing of summer research opportunities available around the United States, links to graduate schools, other Chemistry Departments, the Journal of Chemical Education, career, fellowship, and scholarship information, a collection of NMR free induction decays, and other chemistry related services. Future additions include an undergraduate research electronic mail service and a WWW based undergraduate chemistry research conference/poster session.
